Nick Vadasz is known as The Picklesman. Inspired by his Hungarian heritage, he founded Vadasz in 2011 in a shipping container in Hackney, East London. He began selling his range of both fermented and vinegar brined pickles, sauerkraut and kimchi at markets across London.
