Adam Liaw is a cook, author and currently UNICEF Australia s National Ambassador for Nutrition. Adam also hosts the popular SBS television food and travel series Destination Flavour and Destination Flavour: Japan , where he lived for seven years. A former lawyer, Adam worked in the corporate world for more than a decade, and he is acutely aware of the challenges facing the working cook. His best-selling debut cookbook, TWO ASIAN KITCHENS, was praised by critics and food lovers alike, and he is a regular contributor to numerous publications, including The Sydney Morning Herald and Feast magazine. He is also a MasterChef Australia winner, and now a columnist for The Wall Street Journal's Scene Asia.
