Georgina Stewart grew up in Oxford. She gained a First in History at Cambridge University, followed by an M. Phil. in Medieval History. After a short spell as a trainee accountant, she moved to her boyfriend's native Slovenia with two long term goals in mind: to learn another language properly, and to write a book.
