Christine Wilding is a Chartered MCIPD human resource practitioner and a BACP accredited and UKRC registered psychotherapist. She is a member of the BABCP, with post-graduate training in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). She is a practising CBT therapist at the Cygnet Hospital, Sevenoaks, and is a psychotherapist and life coach in private practice.
Pauline O'Driscoll is a counsellor, psychotherapist and tutor. She is BACP accredited, with post graduate training in Clinical Hypnosis, and is a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH). She specialises in bereavement, anxiety, stress management and work place issues and currently runs her own private practice.Other books by the author
