She served as a project consultant on Nirvana's With The Lights Out boxed set. She lives in Seattle, Washington State, USA.
Chuck Crisafulli is a Cleveland native who has spent most of his life in New York, where he obtained a journalism degree from New York University. He is a full-time freelance writer whose work appears in Rolling Stone, Billboard, Interview and Request magazines as well as the New York and Long Island editions of Newsday. He has written or co-written books about The Doors, Elvis, Muhammad Ali and Nirvana.
