Colin Thiele
Colin Thiele, AC, was Australia s most distinguished children s author of the twentieth century. His books, including STORM BOY and BLUE FIN, won numerous Australian and international awards and have been made into many classic films, TV series, plays and picture books.
Gregory Rogers was born in Brisbane, Queensland. He studied at the Queensland College of Art and worked as a graphic designer before taking up freelance illustration in 1987. Rogers has illustrated many books including Gary Crew's TRACKS and LUCY S BAY, and WAY HOME by Libby Hathorn. Beside the Greenaway Medal, WAY HOME also won a Parents' Choice Award in the USA and was shortlisted for the APBA book design awards.Other books by the author
