Fergus O'Connell is one of the world's leading authorities on project management and getting things done in the shortest time possible. The Sunday Business Post described him as having 'more strings to his bow than a Stradivarius'. In 1992, Fergus founded ETP (www.etpint.com), which is now one of the world's leading programme and project management companies. His 'Ten Steps' model was used to plan and execute the Special Olympics World Games in 2003. Fergus has taught project management in Europe, North America, South America, the Far East and Australia.
